Our founder, JJ Dedmon, has been working with and helping people her whole life.  She specializes in working with those transitioning into new positions, new industries, new relationships and more.  She has helped many people with professional, personal, spiritual and family goals.  She will work with you to find the path that will get you where you can start your encore.

As the current Chair of the Board of Directors for the Parker Chamber of Commerce, she has been able to help with staff transitions, goal assessment, communication planning, project management and more.  She has used her experience with relationship marketing consulting to understand how to connect with people on a personal level. Her experience as a Registered Nurse has only helped JJ to appreciate the importance of working towards a goal.  And as the lead singer in the award-winning band Deja Vudoo, she has fulfilled her own goal to be a professional musician. Her life experience has enhanced her ability to help others, as she has a passion to see herself and others succeed.

She is also a seasoned public speaker and presenter as well as a community leader and relationship marketing consultant.  As a Certified Life Coach and Certified Health Coach, JJ can help you take your goals from a dream to reality. She will put you in the spotlight.
